Lesley is currently the managing director of a large GP practice in West Auckland, having been a practice manager for 14 years.  In 2009 she completed a construction project of an integrated family health centre facility to house the general practice that she has worked to develop and grow.  She is also currently a Director of Procare Network Ltd.  She comes with a background in secondary school teaching and has significant involvement and leadership with community, sporting and business groups.
